In-house call center (your employees) – Usually best for one to five locations or people who want to maintain total control.  The call center can be in one location or their homes. With this scenario your stores and call center services are on the same phone system so the system can make intelligent decisions so you choose when to staff the call center.

Out-sourced call center (not your staff) – Same tight integration, same detailed reports and call recording with the ability to overflow back to the stores.  We work with multiple call center providers – CallForce, Kanekt365 and others.
Most out-sourced call center have a minimum number of locations they are willing to work with, due to the need to have enough traffic to have dedicated agents, but this varies.
